    You will have the ability to assess the blockages to buyer utility and begin to understand why customers aren't flocking to your offerings. The Three Tiers work will begin to offer insight into where your new customers are going to be found.

    Session Three

    Session Four and Wrap Up

    We wrap up the week with a fast paced introduction of the ERRC Grid (Eliminate, Reduce, Raise, Create Grid). This tool forces you to ask tough questions about reducing costs and adding value. Many people say this tool alone is worth their investment in this challenge.

    Blue Ocean Implementation: The path can now be defined. We will end with the To-Be Strategy Canvas. This forward looking tool serves to visually distinguish what sets your new offerings apart from the competition and provides a compass that will help keep you on course.
